2025 Ocean County Championship

Tournament Overview:

On every Thursday from the dates of September 18 - October 16th 2025, the Toms River Chess Club at its Toms River location will be hosting a United States Chess Federation (USCF) Dual Rated tournament. The 2025 Ocean County Championship! The tournament will start each day at 6:30 P.M. and will be a total of 5 rounds.

The tournament will have 1 round each night on the dates of Sep 18, Sep 25, Oct 2, Oct 9, & Oct 16.

The time control will be G40;d10, 2 half point byes allowed.

Entry Fee: $20 for members & $25 for non-members.

Prizes: 1st place 30% of entry fee total, 2nd place, 20% of entry fee total, 3rd 10% of entry fee total.
